Our Program

What is a charitable trust? What is an endowment? Discuss the importance of written agreements or other documentation and key provisions to look for in existing arrangements and to include in future endowments and charitable trusts; understand the role of the Virginia Attorney General’s office; and familiarize yourself with the ways to Interpret, modify, merge, and terminate charitable trusts and endowment funds.
