All members are invited to participate in shaping the future of our organization. The Virginia Gift Planning Council (VGPC) is pivotal in advancing philanthropy and charitable planned giving knowledge in our community. We would like your help in identifying exceptional individuals to join our Board of Directors.

Our Board members contribute to strategic decisions that help shape the content of our programs. We collaborate with fellow professionals, discuss insights, and share experiences that help keep the Council relevant in addressing the needs of its members.

Please consider nominating yourself or a fellow member whose expertise aligns with our mission. Board members must be current members of VGPC, and we encourage nominations from all backgrounds and disciplines. You may submit your nominations via email to me. Please include the nominee’s name, contact information, and a brief statement highlighting the candidate’s qualifications. The deadline for receiving nominations is April 11, 2025.

Advisory Committee

Established in 2013, the Advisory Committee serves as a resource to the VGPC Board for programming and operations.  Advisory members are led by the Immediate Past President of the VGPC and include former officers. directors and other individuals who have made significant contributions to VGPC programs and operations.
