Designed for gift planning professionals and fundraisers, this program will examine the key features of each trust, potential benefits for donors and charitable organizations, and practical strategies for incorporating CRTs into charitable giving conversations. Our Speaker

Karl McTaggart is a Planned Giving client product specialist in PNC Institutional Asset Management®. He serves as the relationship manager for local and national Planned Giving clients. His responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for client service needs and coordinating the Planned Giving team that provides investment management, various administration services and education to nonprofits across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Karl served as a relationship manager for over 20 years in the foundations and endowments specialty practice at SunTrust Bank. Previously, he was also a team leader for wealthy family custody services at the Chase Manhattan Private Bank and an account manager for personal custody services at the Citibank Private Bank.

Karl graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance from State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of both the National Capital Gift Planning Council, and the Virginia Gift Planning Council, and serves as Treasurer of The Walter W. Regirer and Maria Teresa Regirer Foundation, a private grantmaking foundation located in Richmond, VA.

Registration Fees

• There is no fee for members to attend, though they should register in advance (members should be logged-in to access the member rate).
• The nonmember fee is $75.00. Nonmembers can also join now and then register at no additional cost.
